How to request a cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, email eliteskysupply@outlook.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and contact details so that we can check the order status.
When we can cancel
Cancellation may be possible only before an order has been processed, packed or handed to the courier. Once an order has been dispatched, it will generally no longer be eligible for cancellation. Any eligible delivery issue will be considered under our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.
Approved cancellations and changes
For an approved cancellation after payment, any refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply. Requests to change an item, quantity, delivery address or contact details are subject to the same timing and operational limits.
